After living in Alaska for 25 years, Joel and Emily Florian needed a change of scenery (and warmer winters.)
So they packed up their lives, moved to Alabama, and entered the world of real estate investing. Somewhere in the mix, their daughters convinced them to invest a coffee shop on an available piece of land here in Madison, AL. Thus began the story of Creme Brew Lait.

I finally got to visit @cremebrewlait.alabama a few weeks ago. Perfectly situated on the corner of Wall Triana and Gillespie, the little two lane-drive thru only coffee house is such a delight.

I had a vanilla lavender latte! After scrolling their Instagram, I think I’ll try their brown sugar cinnamon iced americano with cold foam next!
