Valentina’s gets its name from owner Joe Carlucci’s daughter, Valentina. Joe, who is Italian born and raised in New York, wanted to keep his heritage alive by teaching his daughter the family recipes.
Join them for an experience at Valentina’s that continues on with a twist and passion for food. Love is the secret ingredient! Their food is made from scratch daily using only the freshest hand-picked local ingredients.
I’ve heard some rumblings of future plans and can not wait to see what great things happen for Valentina’s!

Glass of wine-We had “dough” Cabernet and I almost ALWAYS get the THE CARLUCCI pizza:
Mozzarella base with house-seasoned bacon, roasted walnuts, cheese, arugula, and prosciutto di parma. Topped with apricot jam. Pure perfection every single time.
Our family usually orders for pickup, but I love being able to dine in. It’s a whole experience. Watch Joe hand toss pizzas and slide them into the the giant oven while enjoying the ambience.
