A visit to the library.

Did you know that April is National Library Month?! 📚 Monday was actually Librarian appreciation day too! Thank you to all the book lovers out there spreading the love of reading to people of all ages! What you do is truly so, so important. I thought I would take this as an opportunity to tell you all about the library in Madison!!

The Huntsville-Madison Public library located off of Hughes Rd. (near Primrose daycare and across from Phaze 3) not only has a massive selection of books for adults and children both, but they also host a variety of activities and events each week!

We visited yesterday afternoon and got to see the Brick Bonanza (a Lego building club) happening in the children’s area! This area also includes play for kids: dinosaurs, legos, puppets, with a light box for extra fun.

Their daily activities start in the mornings during weekdays, so checkout their website for a full list.

📚Monday:
Brick Bonanza
Chess (ages 6-12)
American Girl Book Club (ages 6-12)
STEAM Story Time (19 months-2 years)
📚Friday:
Lego Club (ages 6-12)
📚Saturday:
This months remaining Saturday Story Time is 4/16 at 10 AM.
📚Sunday:
Second Sunday Story-time (ages 1-5)

They plan to amp up their happenings during summer break, so be on the look out for more fun coming soon!

They also have a maker room: sewing machine, 3D printer, cricut, and so much more that you can reserve!

We can’t wait to start visiting more!!
