We enjoyed our visit this weekend to @flowhuntsville for a friends birthday party!! While a tad chaotic with a 2 year old (I think we were there during the peak times/day) we were successful in getting out ALL the energy. And that is a win on these cold days and early nights.

This was our first visit to FLOW and I was surprised by all of the different activities options!

  • Jumping

  • Basketball goal

  • Soccer targets

  • Arcade

  • Corn hole boards, blocks, and turf for smaller children

  • FLOW Cafe

  • Obstacle course x2

  • Dodgeball

  • Party rooms

  • and MORE!

There are even massage chairs for the parents!! We will definitely be utilizing those when our kiddos are older!

We can't wait to go again!
